How do you choose which brands to stock?
At Here & After, we carefully select products which are kind to the environment, are tried and tested (and trusted!) and will last you for years to come. It is important to us that we offer quality products that are environmentally responsible and socially responsible. If you have any brand suggestions that you’d love to see us stock, please get in contact with us.

Why are some of your products made from plastic?
We select non-plastic products where we can but, in some circumstances, this is the best option. We have a strong belief of minimising single use plastics where possible. Products that are made from plastic but can be used for years and years (for example, the Strucket), we believe provide value in your eco journey as they minimise waste or chemical exposure in other ways.
I want to send the order as a gift. Can you leave the invoice out?
Absolutely! Just let us know by sending us a message.

We accept Visa, Mastercard and Paypal.
Is your packaging eco-friendly?
Yes, we use eco-friendly packaging such as a paper alternative to bubble wrap, corn starch packing beads, compostable bags, paper tape and cardboard boxes.

How long does it take to ship my order?

Do you send tracking notifications?
Yes, you will receive tracking details once your parcel has been dispatched.
Who do I contact if my order has not arrived?
You can check the status of your parcel using the Australia Post tracking number emailed to you.
How to track your parcel with Australia Post:
