At Here & After, we know our customers are just as excited about our products as we are, which is why we aim to get your goodies to you quickly. We ship everything as soon as we can (and that is usually the same or next business day) and we send all orders in plastic-free, sustainable packaging – from the boxes or compostable bags, down to the tape.
We will do our best to get everything out the door as quickly as possible, but if you have any concerns or questions please contact our wonderful customer care team and we can assist you.
Occasionally an item may not be in stock - in which case we will let you know within 24 hours and offer an alternative product or a refund.
Orders in Australia
Our delivery fees are a flat $9.95 for orders up to $200 within Australia. For orders $200 or over (excluding shipping) within Australia, shipping is free.
To ensure your order arrives safely and securely we require Australia Post to get a signature on delivery. If you don't want this option and are happy for Australia Post to leave your order in a secure location at your address, then select the 'Authority to Leave' checkbox on the checkout and leave instructions in the 'Delivery Instructions' box. We will then make sure that Australia Post leaves the order for you. Note that Australia Post use their discretion with deliveries and if there is nowhere secure to leave the order, they may take the order to the Post Office, so please be specific with any instructions.
Please note that if you select 'Authority to Leave' then you do so at your own risk we may not be able to help you if your order is misplaced or stolen. We do not advise 'Authority to Leave' as an option so please select this only if you have a safe and secure location for your order to be left.
Local Pick Up
We are an online business, based in the Sutherland Shire. You can request pick up and we can have it ready for you for pick up from a residential address. After you place an order and it is ready for you, we will email you regarding pick up.
Please note there are still delays on international orders due to limited airline capacity.
We have extended our partnership with Australia Post for all International Orders.

Please note that we may not be able to ship large or heavy orders depending on your location. We will contact you as soon as possible if there are any issues.
- We will process all orders within 1-4 working days. Sale periods or site-wide promotions may impact handling times.
- Within Australia, your delivery will be received within 3-10 days. In more remote, and regional, areas this can take longer. Please allow up to 10 working days to receive an order. Tracking numbers will be provided on your shipping confirmation email and these can be used to track your order with Australia Post. You can check your estimated delivery time on the Australia Post website.
- International orders are delivered via Australia Post and usually take between 5 and 15 working days. Please allow up to 31 working days.
- For international orders, you may incur duties or tax on your order. We are not responsible for those fees and these will be payable by you.
- Orders will be sent to the delivery address that you have submitted with your order. We cannot be held responsible if that delivery address is incorrect.
- Missing or non-delivered parcels need to be reported to us within 30 days within Australia and 60 days internationally. Any orders returned to us due to incorrect delivery address or unclaimed through the post office will be refunded for the product component only. You will be responsible for paying to re-ship your order.
- We understand that buying gifts can be tricky so we will happily provide an exchange or store credit for any products returned within 14 days of purchase.
- For hygiene reasons returns exclude underwear, swimwear, nappies and cloth wipes (unless warranty related) so please select these items carefully. All returned product must be in as-new condition with all tags and packaging in tact accompanied by the original receipt with the exception of warranties.
- No returns for change of mind on Sale items
- Shipped items must be returned at buyers expense (excluding warranty items) and should be returned to;
