at the time of placing your order. Please see our Privacy Policy for
further information regarding payments.
DELIVERY
Please note, the expected shipping dates are a guide only. We do not accept responsibility for any delay that may arise as a result of international shipping or customs. Orders will only be refunded if Products do not arrive, Products are damaged on arrival, or if the transit time becomes unreasonably delayed. We always reserve the right to refund any order unable to be delivered.
If you have ordered any of our stocked Products with Pre-order Products, all the items will be shipped together and the longer waiting time may apply. We will not ship part-orders. If you require the stocked Products to arrive sooner, we suggest placing separate orders.
RETURNS
Pre-order Products will still be subject to return in accordance with our Returns Policy.
